Sheena is a highly experienced trainer who has managed training programmes, teams of trainers, training needs analysis projects, course delivery and courseware development projects for over 10 years, mainly in the end user applications field. Sheena is a Member of the Institute of IT Management, which recognises trainers and those in a management or consultancy role who have a demonstrable track record of excellence with associated certification where appropriate and full member status demonstrates a rounded set of skills combined with validated experience and measurable achievement of business objectives. In addition to this, Sheena is a qualified Assessor and also a TAP qualified Microsoft® Master Instructor in Office 2003, Office XP & Office 2000. Sheena continues to participate in the delivery of training programmes, and, in addition to managing the company, is responsible for managing the training delivery process.

Alexander is a highly experienced Contract Manager who has managed Learning and Development Projects for the past 12 years. Alexander has a strong background in training and personnel development spanning over 20 years, including bespoke courseware development and delivery, mainly in the CRM and business skills fields. In addition to his financial and client management role within the company, Alex also participates in the delivery of training programmes, and, like Sheena, is an Member of the Institute of IT Training – recognising his experience and achievement in the training industry, and is also a Microsoft® Master Instructor in Office 2003.

Mike has 12 years of indepth technical experience. He has worked in missile design for the MOD, created the world's largest chemistry site and many other web developments.

Sarah is an enthusiastic and committed trainer who specialises in CRM training, and is a qualified Microsoft Dynamics Instructor. Based in the Midlands, Sarah holds MSCE status and is also TAP certified.

Johnathan is an experienced bespoke applications trainer, involved in the full training cycle from development to delivery. Johnathan is based on the South Coast and holds full membership of the Institute of IT Training and is TAP certified.

Maggie is an enthusiastic trainer, delivering high quality applications training from Introduction to Advanced level. Based in the South East, Maggie is a Microsoft Office 2003 Master Instructor.

Sandra is a highly qualified trainer specialising in developing and delivering bespoke PMS and CRM systems training. Sandra is based in the South and holds MCSE, MCSA, MCP and Microsoft Office 2003 Master Instructor qualifications, as well as being TAP certified.

Serena is a highly skilled consultant and trainer with over ten years' experience of training design and delivery, application development and project management. She specialises in Soft Skills training, and holds the CIPD Certificate in Training Practice.

David is an experience web design developer and trainer, who also delivers bespoke platform and Office training. Based in the South East, David is a Microsoft Office XP & 2003 Master Instructor.

Debra is a Subject Matter Expert for PowerPoint 2003 and is a Member of the Institute of IT training. Based in the South East, Debra is TAP Certified.

Denise is an enthusiastic applications trainer with experience of delivering to Advanced level. She is based in the South and is CIPD accredited as well as holding the Microsoft Master Instructor awards in both Office 2000 and Office 2003. She is also TAP certified.

Flora is a highly qualified trainer who delivers applications training to an advanced level. Flora, based in Scotland, is a member of the CIPD as well as holding the Microsoft Office 2003 Master Instructor certificate.

Geoff is a very experienced trainer who specialises in Document Management and Windows training, as well as providing applications training to an advanced level. Geoff, based on the East Coast, is a Member of the Institute of IT Training and is also a Microsoft Master Instructor in Office 2000 and Office 2003.

Ian specialises in bespoke training programme delivery and development, up to Train the Trainer level. Based in Scotland, Ian is a Member of the British Computer Society, and Association of Learning Technologies, an Associate Member of the Institute of IT Training and a Microsoft Office 2003 Master Instructor.

Mike is an enthusiastic and energetic trainer who always develops a great rapport with his delegates. Based in the Midlands, Mike is oneof only a handful of UK based instructors to hold the Microsoft Master Instructor award in Office 97, 2000, XP and 2003. He is also a Member of the Institute of IT Training, TAP certified and an MVP for BrainBench.

Paul is an NLP practicioner with several years experience in learning and development, human resources, project management and information technology. Paul, based on the South Coast, specialises in Soft Skills training delivery.

Paula is a highly motivated and qualified trainer, specialising in Office applications training to VBA level, and also web design and development training. Paula, based in the North, holds MCSA, MCP, CompITA, and Microsoft Office 2000 Master Instructor certification.

Rhiann is a highly qualified applications trainer, delivering training to an advanced level. Rhiann, based in London, holds Microsoft Master Instructor certificates for Office 97, 2000 and 2003 and is TAP certified.

Richard is a self motivated IT professional with a wealth of corporate experience in IT training and course development. Richard, based in the Midlands, holds MCSE, MCT and Microsoft Office 2003 Master Instructor certification.

Ryan is a TAP and LFT (Learner Focused Training) certified trainer with more than five years experience of design and delivery. Ryan's training is creative, memorable and fun. Ryan, based in Scotland, is also a Microsoft Office 2003 Master Instructor.

Shelley is a highly practical trainer who delivers training in Office applications and bespoke packages. Shelley, based in London, is a Microsoft Master Office 2003 Instructor and is TAP certified.

Vivienne is an enthusiastic and supportive trainer with the ability to motivate delegates. Vivienne, based in Scotland, is an Associate Member of both the British Computer Society and the Institute of IT Training.

Bob is a very experienced trainer who specialises in CRM platforms such as Siebel, Business Objects, and also ETMS platform training development and delivery. Bob, based in the Midlands, is an Associate Member of the Institute of IT Training and is a Microsoft Office 2003 Master Instructor.

Frances is a highly experienced trainer who specialises in Document Management Systems and Office applications training. Frances, based in London, is TAP certified and holds Microsoft Master Instructor certificates for Office 97 & 2003.

Liane is a qualified Train the Trainer practitioner, who also delivers training in Business Objects and Crystal Reports. Liane, based in Scotland, is an Associate Member of the Institute of IT Training, TAP certified and holds the Microsoft Office 2003 Master Instructor certificate.
