Access Introduction (2 days)
This course is designed for users who are new to Access and need to understand how to set up and use a database as an information management tool. You will learn how to create a relational database from scratch, comprising tables, queries; data input forms and output reports. This course will be particularly beneficial if you are new to Access or feel you are not getting the most from this application. You don’t need to know anything about Access to attend, but you will need to be familiar with Microsoft® Excel and Microsoft® Word.

Access Intermediate (1 day)
This course is designed to build on the existing database design and user experience that is gained from the Introduction course. You will learn how to create advanced queries, forms and reports and the conversion of databases made in other applications and spreadsheet (flat file) databases. It is most suitable for you if intend to design databases at an intermediate level or improve existing Access databases. You need to be using Access regularly, both to input and extract information to get the most from this course.

Access Advanced (1 day)
This course is designed for experienced Access users who want to learn how to use the product to its full potential when building and maintaining databases that will be accessed by others. You will learn how to use macros, Access SQL and security functions. This course will be particularly beneficial to you if you have attended both the Access Introduction and Intermediate courses and wish to build on your knowledge. You must be designing and maintaining Access databases in order to get the most from this course.
