Outlook Introduction (1 day)

This course is designed for new users of Microsoft® Outlook, and is designed to introduce you to the Outlook environment and functions. During the course, you will learn how to use the Mail features, how to manage your diary using the Calendar functions, how to keep track of your contacts using the Contacts folder and how to keep track of things to do using Tasks. By the end of the course you will be able to efficiently communicate via email, schedule appointments and tasks, and keep track of contacts and record information. Outlook Intermediate (1 day)

This course is designed for existing Outlook users who want to get to grips with Mail Management, Calendar Management and Contacts. By the end of this course, you will be able to create and manage incoming mail rules, schedule and manage Meetings and Distribution Lists. Outlook Advanced This course is designed for existing Outlook users who wish to learn how to use the product to its full potential. You will learn how to use the Contacts Manager to help you create and send mail shots from Outlook, effectively manage your Personal Folders, archive and export your Calendar and Contacts information and apply rules and alerts to help manage your email. This course will be particularly beneficial to users who have the responsibility of managing diaries for others, organising events and functions or those that have attended the Outlook Introduction course and wish to build on this knowledge to get the most from this application.
