We want to listen

If you have any compliments, comments or complaints regarding our training provision or staff, please contact Alexander Vince, Business and Development Director in the first instance. Our Confidence Guarantee

Should a member of your team leave your organisation within three months of attending a course with Enlightened Training, we would like to invite his/her successor to attend the same course for free within six months of the date that the course was first attended. To qualify, your organisation's training manager should write to Alexander Vince, Business and Development Director, and provide assurance that invoices relating to the course have been paid and that the original courseware is still available for the second course participant to bring along.

Our Quality Pledge

With 14 locations across the UK, we place great importance on the highest standards in all of our learning centres. For course participants themselves, one PC per course participant is the norm on every Enlightened Training course. Survey after survey, course participants have expressed extremely high satisfaction levels with Enlightened Training courses. We make what can often be a tough and demanding experience a rewarding one too.

We expect every course participant to:

  • Fully participate in their learning experience
  • Be completely satisfied that the course objectives have been met
  • Enjoy a high-quality learning experience
If the course objectives detailed within the course profile have not been met and if it can be demonstrated that Enlightened Training is in any way responsible, we will mutually agree a development plan which could include components of the following:
  • Inviting the course participant back to attend the course again, free of charge
  • Offering 1-2-1 tuition for the course participant at their company site
  • Providing a complimentary self-study version of the course (where available) and support from the course tutor via the telephone and/or email.
If a mutually acceptable plan cannot be agreed, then a full refund of the course fees will be made.
